Creole Shrimp

For a few years now I’ve been trying my hardest to cook healthier. It is not one of my favorite things to do. The more simple the better for me, when it comes to cooking. I love sea food and salads. I find the combination of the two fairly easy to prepare. One of my specialties is shrimp pasta. This weekend I decided on just shrimp with a salad on the side. I chose chef Emeril’s creole seasoning recipe for the shrimp. It only took about 5 minutes to get the mix together and about 10 minutes to cook and serve. The seasoning was delicious, here it is for you.

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme
