I have been inspired by Elsie @ abeautifulmess.com to come up with 4 simple goals before 2013.This is the kind of challenge I need to motivate me to do more things that will benefit me spiritually, and mentally.Here they are in nonspecific order:
*meditate for at least 5 mins a day
*write in a thankful journal daily
*eat more vegetables and fruit daily
*draw at least one thing everyday
I really think I can do this.
